After your initial visit to the showroom we will then complete a site survey. We never do a job without completing a site survey this is one of the most vital parts of the process as it allows us to justify your choice in stove by confirming if it is the correct heat output, dimensions for the location required and to see what equipment is needed for the installation.

We will talk ideas through with you on stove placement, Hearth design and materials, what building work is required, if any, and discuss what is required prior to our arrival. Usually this will include the chimney sweeping and either the room emptying/covering all chairs, sofas, table etc with old sheets as this can be a very messy part of the job.

Once your stove is fully installed you then receive your certificate and the stove is signed off by us.
